Sorry to upset you. The reason we use a 35 year old, 1st because is the right age to try to stay young and if you are older is the look you are trying to recapture and 2nd because the movement are clearly visible, for the purpose of instruction we had no choice. We have been succesfully offering this system since 1997 and still going strong.

Even if you don’t see much we start aging very early, in other words yes. Not only you are trying to look better but to stay better. It’s never to late but is also true that it’s never to early.
Like any other exercise program after you get optimal results you want to do less but do some for maintainace.

do you recomend this program for younger people lets say 20 yr old. And will the wrinkles comeback as soon as you stop doing it?
