    schmarly – I watched your video. A bit of advice…you may or may not have some good points or good arguments, but that video was one of the most unconvincing pieces of garbage Iv’e ever seen. if you truly believe in farmed salmon, make something that will sell your side better, because you are doing damage to your cause with that video. Do they feed those fish veggie pellets and raise their Omega-6 counts in those farms?

    Kerilynn7, this video is basically a sales pitch for Alaska. Salmon is great for you, whether farmed, wild or “half-farmed”. By the way, click on my name and view a video called “Alaska Salmon Farming”. This guy needs to do his homework!

    I thought this guy was all anti toxins and stuff,yet here he’s telling you to eat two meals of salmon a DAY for 30 days straight? What about all that toxic Mercury in the fish you’re gonna be packing into your body by doing that? The FDA recommends eating no more than 2 fish meals a week ,but he’s telling you to eat 6x that for a whole month. Way to contradict yourself.

    Wrong…Animal protein actually has damaging toxins. Best way to look young is to go Vegetarian or Vegan.

    Aeron518 – Wild salmon is very low in mercury. There are plenty of resources online to see which fish have lots of mercury and which are safe. The FDA needs to make broad recommendations because people don’t respond to nuanced and detailed instructions as well. I don’t know that the video is correct about 30 straight days, but you can certainly eat wild salmon a lot more often than twice a week.
