Most important of all-don’t smoke! It causes a disruption in circulation and here they come. Keep those bad boys away by avoiding the sun-use a self tanner on your face and cover it with a towel or shirt when sun bathing. Never sleep with make-up on your face and use Yves Rocher products. I am 63 and am taken for 47-48 all the time.
all of my life i have never allowed my face to be exposed to the sun for very long. i am 51 & my skin is beautiful….hardly any wrinkles at all. that is the secret to young looking skin. the sun is very damaging!
I picked the right ancestors, but I still have a few lines here and there. I do not use cosmetics of any sort, and haven’t for over 30 years.
For most of that time, I used homemade cleaning products from fresh, non chemical ingredients. With the number of “natural” products now available in the marketplace, I now use store bought soap.
A healthy diet w/ a lot of dark green leafy vegetables, fruit, salmon, and water throughout the day. It doesn’t hurt that I’ve been a non-smoker most of my life and a 5k runner.
Sunscreen, avoiding the sun, lots of fruits and veggies, daily vitamin c serum, eating 3 servings of fish a week, avoiding processed foods, glycolic peels

Specifically? Lots of vitamin-C based products, such as Ole Henriksen’s Truth Serum.
